A knowledge of nutrition is an essential part of a balanced life. Teaching children about nutrition is most important while they are young. My nutrition classes involve basic meal planning with your child. I work with parents to decide what is healthy, but still enjoyable for kids. Your child and I can grocery shop together, head to the farmer's market, or combine ingredients in your house for healthy, fun recipes. My goal is to spark a healthy interest in your children, and teach them independence and confidence in the kitchen.
