Yoga is an amazing tool to offer your child. Not only is yoga a great physical activity, it also reduces stress, regulates sleep patterns, and promotes mindfulness. I offer in-home private yoga lessons in the West Los Angeles area, specializing in ages 4-13. Private lessons are customized for each student. The one-on-one class structure is beneficial because the student is able to vocalize their specific needs and goals, unlike in a public group setting. Sessions can range anywhere from 30 minutes to and hour and a half depending on the age and level of experience your child has. Private sessions are not limited to one child, I offer classes that can be tailored if a few friends or family members are participating. Yoga provides an effective balance if your child plays sports, it also can help rehabilitate injuries.
